How to verify a facility

  1. Open the facility detail page and copy its NPI (shown in monospace).
  2. Click “Verify on NPI Registry” or visit npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov and search the NPI.
  3. Cross-check the name and primary practice address. They should match the MedRotate listing exactly.
